Forest School Assistant Training
SGO’s Level 2 Forest School Assistant qualification is intended for those who wish to become an assistant Forest School Leader or intend to become a Forest School leader in the future, developing knowledge practical skills suitable for the role.
The heart of any Forest School experience is the site. Steve Greaves Outdoors partners with educators to offer a training experience based on first hand knowledge of on site practices and the theoretical underpinning of these for the learners taking part in a Forest School programme.
The Sites
The Bosk
The Bosk site is located in a rural area on the outskirts of Derby city with good public transport links.
Sunny Brow
This Manchester based nursery site offers a compact version of the SGO Forest School Assistant training course.

Successful completion will lead to an ITC level 2 Award for Forest School Assistants
